Qualifications

• RN license in Nebraska or compact state
• BSN or MSN required or ADN with bridge within 5 years
• ICU experience of at least 1 year preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care and patient education per plan
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments to guide care
• Develop and revise individualized care plans with input from the care team
• Implement safe nursing interventions per established protocols
• Evaluate patient responses and communicate changes via SBAR
