Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Device Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and expand ICU infusion device sales. You will present clinical concepts and product pipelines, understand market dynamics, and negotiate hospital contracts.

Field-based role with travel and occasional weekend work required. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in medical sales, with a proven quota attainment and the ability to operate across hospital

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• MBA or MHA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of medical sales experience in hospital setting.
• Proven track record of meeting quota and growing territory.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Active compliance with credentialing requirements including COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales quota for ICU IV Infusion Device products and related systems.
• Deliver executive level presentations on clinical concepts and product pipelines.
• Position ICU offerings against competitors in clinical settings.
• Maintain technical and commercial competence on ICU products and services.
• Develop strategic relationships within hospitals to drive device purchases.
• Negotiate contracts with hospital supply chains and administrative organizations.
• Understand market dynamics and healthcare trends.
• Occasionally work weekends or nights as needed.
