Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain patients' medical records with accurate identification and organization.
• Serve as receptionist for the unit and handle calls, inquiries, and routing.
• Assemble and distribute center mail and materials; manage supplies and filing.
• Support unit functions and nursing stations; assist with precepting new staff.
• Coordinate with nurses and physicians, and ensure proper documentation during discharge.
