Job summary

SoftPath Medical is seeking an ICU Float Pool Nurse in California to support ICU, MSU, Telemetry, and overflow units. You will float to multiple units as needed and participate in orientation, including an on-boarding EKG exam.

The role requires a California RN license, 2+ years ICU experience, and certifications ACLS, BLS, NIH. Weekend work and shifts of 12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM are common; strong preference for candidates with PA line experience and experience in a large hospital.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of ICU experience.
• Active California RN license required.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required.
• PA line experience mandatory; absence disqualifies.
• Experience in a large hospital environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float to Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Progressive Care, Overflow units as needed.
• Cover night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM.
• Weekend coverage required.
• Floating between units is a core duty.
