Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking an RN for the Clinical Float Pool at Maryview Medical Center to support patient care across departments. The role requires flexibility to float within and across sites, delivering nursing care and coordinating with the health care team.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing care, documenting outcomes, and participating in quality improvement. The position offers growth within a faith-based, patient-focused system with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing (required)
• Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN) (preferred)
• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Various (required)
• ACLS and PALS – AHA required based on specialty assignment

Responsibilities

• Float to various departments and sites within the markets to provide patient care.
• Schedule day of staffing and manage more than one assignment location in a shift.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Document care plans, interventions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with clinical managers and care teams to ensure standards of care.
