Mercy Health in Franklin, VA seeks an RN for the Clinical Float Pool (Tier II ICU), evenings/nights. You may float to Mary Immaculate, Maryview, Harbour View or Southampton within the Hampton Roads markets to provide patient care as needed.

Requirements: Associate’s in Nursing (BSN preferred), current RN license, BLS; ACLS/PALS as assigned; EPIC experience preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $20,000. Great benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of ICU RN experience strongly preferred.
• Current RN license in designated state.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Float to multiple departments within the market.
• Provide patient care per standards across sites.
• Coordinate with clinical manager and team to ensure staffing coverage.
