UCHealth in Colorado Springs is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse for a full-time, day and night rotation position at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central. This onsite role requires RN licensure and ICU experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship.

You will deliver direct patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and precept new staff while focusing on safety, quality, and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and RN licensure.
• 6 months ICU RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-of-scope direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new staff; promote evidence-based practice.
