Job summary

UCHealth’s Greeley Hospital ICU is seeking an experienced RN for full-time night rotation in a high-acuity unit. You will deliver direct patient care in a technically complex ICU environment, using the nursing process and evidence-based practices.

Candidates must hold RN licensure, have ICU experience or complete UCHealth Fellowship, and maintain BLS/ACLS. This onsite role emphasizes patient safety, collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, and precepting new staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of ICU nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
• BLS and ACLS - BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Direct care in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a technically complex environment.
• Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Precepts those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth; mentors others.
