Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Central Float Pool, rotating across three hospitals with scheduled weekends and holidays. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent ICU/acute care experience.
• Current licensure to practice in Michigan as an RN.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in coordination and delivery of quality patient care.
• Utilize nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to inform care and teaching.
• Communicate pertinent patient information to health care team.
• Delegate, supervise and document patient care; ensure care aligns with goals.
