Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Alabama RN license required; BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• 1 year ICU experience preferred unless AVP level or above is approved.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops care plans.
• Monitors patient progress and adjusts care as needed.
• Communicates with medical staff and families.
• Delivers care in ICU settings with high acuity.
• Maintains patient safety and documentation according to standards.
