Job summary

Baptist Health in Alabama is seeking a South ICU Float Pool RN for part-time night shifts. The RN will supervise nursing personnel on shift, coordinate patient care, and ensure continuity of care during weekends and holidays.

Applicants must hold an active RN license with BLS; BSN degree preferred and ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required by area. Strong observation, teamwork, and communication skills are essential to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Primary location: Baptist Medical Center South.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift and during weekends/holidays.
• Use the nursing process for patient assessments, care planning and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians on patient care.
• Additional duties within scope as assigned.
