Qualifications

• Active RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Collects and documents patient health data timely.
• Develops individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Implements plan-of-care interventions safely and promptly.
• Collaborates for appropriate patient placement and handoffs.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Maintains compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
