Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• RN license and active CPR/BLS certification.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and document health data in a timely, accurate manner.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety.
• Perform thorough assessments and adjust plans based on patient outcomes.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges per hospital policy.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
