Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide ECMO-level nursing care in CVICU.
• Monitor ECMO circuit and patient status.
• Collaborate with physicians and perfusion staff.
• Lead unit education and performance improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to Baptist Health policies and procedures.
