The role focuses on delivering outstanding patient experiences, coordinating multi-disciplinary care, and driving continuous improvement across services to support growth and value-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Leads ICU operations and staffing to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Forecasts budget, staffing, and supplies; monitors department performance.
• Implements policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards and improve outcomes.
