Qualifications

• California RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required by American Heart Association.
• CCR N or other specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICU operations with 24-hour accountability for patient care and staffing.
• Provide administrative direction and coordinate with administration, intensivists and physicians.
• Ensure quality metrics (HCAHPS, core measures) meet hospital and Joint Commission standards.
• Advance staff education on new technologies and evidence-based practices.
