• Prioritize patient's diagnoses and plan care with the healthcare team.
• Coordinate with interprofessional team to manage changing priorities.
• Mentor colleagues and participate in continuous quality improvement.
• Lead and participate in policies promoting patient health and safety.
• Demonstrate leadership roles as charge nurse or preceptor where applicable.
