Qualifications

• Requires current RN license in practicing state.
• BLS certification from approved vendor.
• ACLS certification from approved vendor.
• TNCC required within 1 year of hire or transfer.
• Passing completion of a Critical Care Nursing course.
• Six months of prior critical care experience preferred.
• Epic experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in critical care settings
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about health management
• Document patient care and progress accurately
