Job summary

Tenet South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This staff role requires a 36-hour work week with 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced critical care environment.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree in Nursing, current multi-state RN license, BLS and ACLS within orientation. ICU telemetry experience and CCRN are preferred. A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is offered to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Active RN license in SC or compact state.
• BLS Certification required, ACLS within orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Initiate and document care plans within required timeframes.
• Monitor patients and administer medications safely per policies.
• Verify orders, reconcile medications, and coordinate tests/procedures.
• Identify and report abnormal findings and communicate with the care team.
