Job summary

Med Career Solutions in Ocala, FL is seeking a CVICU RN for a full-time role in a 48-bed high-acuity ICU. Training is available for strong PCU nurses transitioning to critical care, with a supportive team and ongoing development.

Compensation includes up to $48/hr, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis; night shift adds $4.25/hr. Florida license, BLS/ACLS, and TNCC/CCRN requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience within the last 3 years in ICU/Critical Care or strong PCU experience REQUIRED
• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire
• TNCC or CCRN certification required within 1 year
• Associate Degree in Nursing required

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered critical care in CVICU
• Monitor ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients
• Administer IV meds, drips, blood products, and advanced therapies
• Perform continuous cardiac and neurological monitoring
• Educate patients and families and maintain EMR documentation
• Collaborate with physicians on individualized care plans
