Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical ICU team at Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge Campus in Naples, FL.

This on-site role covers the night shift (7p-7a) on a seasonal/PRN basis, focusing on critical care patient management and rapid response. The RN delivers patient-centered care, administers medications, monitors patients, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• BCLS is required.
• ACLS and/or PALS preferred for critical care settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
• Assess patients and document findings; report changes to care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to develop care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and discharge plans.
