Job summary

Responsibilities
- Delivers and coordinates comprehensive nursing care in the critical care setting
- Ensures patient and family education throughout the continuum of care and discharge planning
- Leads patient care improvement through monitoring and evaluation of outcomes
- Mentors, precepts, and/or teaches nursing staff to improve practice
- Maintains professional development and adheres to VA nursing standards
