  • Provide competent, evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants as appropriate.
  • Lead nursing education, orientation, competencies and quality improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with others to deliver holistic care and improve patient outcomes.
