Job summary

Incredible Health in Glendale, AZ is hiring for an RN - Critical Care. Nurses with ICU experience are encouraged to apply in areas such as CVICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, and other high-acuity units.

Position offers day, night, or mid shifts with full-time, part-time, or per diem options. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, tuition assistance, and paid time off. Candidates must have ADN or higher and an active RN license.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree is required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function well under stress and make rapid decisions.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, monitor vitals, and intervene as needed.
• Care for critically ill, unstable patients and those under life-threatening conditions.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
