The Registered Clinical Nurse (RN) position emphasizes collaborative care, leadership, and ensuring a safe and compassionate patient environment in a high-performing health system.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current Florida RN license.
• BLS/CPR certification from AHA or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assume direct and indirect responsibility for the patient's care environment.
• Provide care through collaboration with health care team using the nursing process.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and role modeling for other health care team members.
• Coordinate and delegate care in a safe, secure and clean environment.
• Care shown with respect for patient rights, dignity and preferences.
• Adapt using evidence-based practice and information technologies to relieve pain and anxiety.
