Calqulate Metrics Ltd seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to strengthen our ICU team, delivering evidence-based care to critically ill adults and working with a multidisciplinary group.

The ideal candidate has an accredited NP or PA program, board certification, Alabama licensure eligibility, and BLS/ACLS. ICU/critical care experience is preferred; new grads with ICU RN background may be considered for NP roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform credentialed procedures (central lines, arterial lines, intubations).
• Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, nursing staff and specialists.
• Engage in multidisciplinary care planning and quality improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
