Qualifications

• RN licensure and BLS/ALS/PALS or equivalent certifications required.
• Evidence-based nursing practice in critical care.

Responsibilities

• Obtains comprehensive patient data from patient, family and providers to develop a holistic care plan.
• Analyzes data to determine diagnosis or care needs.
• Collaborates with interprofessional team to identify optimal patient outcomes.
• Develops and implements an evidence-based care plan in collaboration with patient and family.
• Maintains safe environment and coordinates plan with team.
