Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review labs and diagnostics; provide clinical interpretations.
• Enter ICU admission orders; conduct daily rounds with teams.
• Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Educate and support patients and families; document care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
