Job summary

University Health in Pleasanton, TX seeks board-certified Advanced Practice Providers (ACNPs or PAs) to join a high-acuity ICU team delivering 24/7 coverage for complex patients including transplantation and ECMO. You will work with ICU clinicians to develop and execute patient care plans.

The role emphasizes collaborative care with Surgical Critical Care and Anesthesia Critical Care services, requiring strong judgment, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Acute Care NP or Physician Assistant; Texas licensure active or eligible.
• ICU experience strongly preferred.
• Thrives in high-acuity, team-based environment with strong clinical judgment, communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced practice coverage in a 24/7 ICU model.
• Collaborate with Surgical Critical Care and Anesthesia Critical Care teams.
• Deliver patient-centered care across ICU service lines.
