• PA path: Master's in Physician Assistant Studies and PA license.
• DEA licensure and prescriptive authority within 60 days (PA/NP).

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based inpatient care for acute patients during rounds and treatment planning.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging; collaborate with physicians to refine care plans.
• Stabilize patients in emergencies and ensure timely documentation in the EMR.
• Communicate care plans to patients and families; educate on conditions and self-care.
• Maintain ongoing education, participate in patient safety and quality initiatives.
• Perform hospital rounds and execute physician orders; adhere to privileges.
