Qualifications

• Evidence-based patient care in inpatient setting for acute/critical conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to refine care plans.
• Maintain documentation per EMR standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive patient care with daily rounds and treatment plans.
• Order/interpret diagnostic studies to guide treatment and diagnoses.
• Institute emergency measures and stabilise acute patient situations.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR for coding and billing.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and health services to ensure continuity.
• Communicate plan of care with attending physician for decisions outside scope.
• Participate in continuing education, safety, and quality initiatives.
• Perform hospital rounds and execute physician orders with professional standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
