Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our ICU team in Alabama. You will deliver comprehensive care to critically ill adults, perform admissions and rounds, and collaborate with intensivists and hospital staff.

This role requires board certification, Alabama licensure eligibility, and BLS/ACLS. New grads with ICU RN experience may be considered for NP roles.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited NP (ACNP/AGACNP preferred) or PA program.
• Board certification required.
• Eligibility for Alabama licensure.
• Preferred ICU/critical care background; new grads with ICU RN experience considered for NP roles.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill adult ICU patients.
• Conduct admissions, daily rounds, and manage complex medical cases.
• Perform procedures such as central lines, arterial lines, and intubations, as credentialed.
• Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, nursing staff, and specialists.
• Engage in multidisciplinary care planning and quality improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system.
