Job summary

AdventHealth Waterman seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join a high-acuity critical care team in a dynamic ICU environment. You will work with intensivists and multidisciplinary specialists, practicing at the top of your license while contributing to quality initiatives and evidence-based practice.

The role focuses on advanced procedures, life-support therapies, emergency response, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes across ICUs within AdventHealth Waterman.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (Acute Care APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies.
• Critical care experience required.
• Florida APRN or PA-C license current.
• Acute Care Certificate required for APRNs.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced critical care procedures and line placements.
• Manage critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and life-support therapies.
• Respond to emergent situations and stabilize patients.
• Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Provide care across Medical, Surgical, and Cardiovascular ICUs.
