Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides personal nursing care to patients under RN supervision.
• Performs activities of daily living assistance and monitors patient status.
• Takes vital signs (pulse, blood pressure) and reports to RN.
• Performs clerical duties and supports unit operations.
