Job summary

The Dalles Health and Rehabilitation Center, part of Evergreen Healthcare Group Community, is hiring CNAs with a NEW wage scale: $23.76–$28.92 per hour. Day, Evening, and NOC shifts available across Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions.

CNAs deliver ADL assistance, meal support, vital signs, and compassionate care in a team-focused environment. Join a respected facility committed to quality resident care and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to call lights
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Safely transport residents and assist with ambulation
• Turn and reposition residents to ensure comfort and safety
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely

Available Positions

• Full-Time: 4 on / 2 off rotation
• Part-Time: Weekend availability required
• PRN: Day, Evening, and NOC shifts available
