Geisinger Wyoming Valley (GWV) is seeking an inpatient RN to join a day shift team, with 40 hours per week and a mix of 8- and 12-hour shifts.

Eligible candidates may receive a hiring incentive up to $26,000 and a minimum starting rate of $41.41 per hour, with higher rates for experience and shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration within a Magnet-recognized nursing culture.

Competenze

• Enrollment in a BSN program and two years of RN experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Basic Life Support Certification and PA RN license required.

Mansioni

• Coordinates and supervises the delivery of nursing care on assigned unit.
• Provides direct patient care and supervision to assigned personnel.
