Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes cost reduction and process improvements.
• Provides leadership rounding and participates in staff huddles.
• Collaborates with educators and managers for staff orientation.
• Participates in unit and PCS committees and governance.
• Maintains documentation for regulatory standards and patient safety goals.
