Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking an Intensive Care Registered Nurse at the CN II level to join the ICU team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires advanced competencies and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.

The position features an 7 PM to 7:30 AM schedule, 12-hour shifts on a 36-hour cycle, with every other weekend. CN A contract under CNA labor agreement may apply.

Qualifications

• CA RN license required; BSN or ADN with 5 years ICU experience.
• Two+ years in a high-acuity ICU setting; CA BLS/ACLS; NIHSS.
• ACLS & NIHSS certifications required; AHA BLS Healthcare required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a high-acuity ICU.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and outcomes.
• Document care measures and participate in ongoing professional development.
