Job summary

The role requires NJ RN licensure, BLS/ACLS and IV certifications, and typically 1 year of ICU/CCU experience. Per-diem and full-time options may be available, with a strong focus on safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current NJ licensure as RN required.
• ICU/CCU/CCRN preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and IV certifications required.
• Successful completion of in-house Intensive Care Orientation Program Required.
• At least 1 year of Critical Care or Intensive care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and care for patients according to age and developmental needs.
• Document initial observations and plan nursing actions.
• Assess and document patient changes and respond to needs.
• Coordinate with healthcare team and communicate patient information.
• Administer IV medications per policies and procedures.
• Provide patient and family teaching and discharge planning.
