Qualifications

• Six months of recent full-time acute care ICU/CCU experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to critical care patients in the ICU/CCU.
• Plans and communicates patient and family education.
• Participates in unit based educational activities.
• Documents accurately and timely consistent with practice.

Skills

Current CA Registered Nurse License

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification

Acute care ICU/CCU experience

Knowledge of Det Norske Veritas (DNV)

Education
