Job summary

MemorialCare Health System in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the Intensive Care Unit. This full-time night shift offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus for external hires and a competitive hourly pay range.

You will coordinate nursing care, supervise staff, document assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Two years Critical Care Nursing experience preferred.
• Current California RN License.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher preferred.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing care for the Critical Care patient per Nursing Department policies.
• Direct unlicensed staff, assess patients, plan and implement care.
• Communicate and document patient data; collaborate with other disciplines.
• Promote quality nursing care through continuous improvement and outcomes.
