Job summary

Munson Healthcare in northern Michigan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the ICU/CCU on the night shift. This full-time position offers a 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM schedule with a rotating weekend pattern and a competitive benefits package.

As part of a collaborative nursing team, you will monitor and document patient conditions, administer medications, and participate in patient- and family-centered care while supporting safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Michigan.
• Experience in critical care or similar area.
• Full-time night shift 36 hours/week with 3x12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards.
