Job summary

Munson Healthcare in Michigan is seeking a registered nurse for the ER night shift (7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.). An MI-licensed RN with ER or critical care experience is required to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and to stabilize emergent situations.

You will work as part of a collaborative nursing team, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and may receive an $18,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year employment commitment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the State of Michigan.
• Experience in ER or critical care required.
• Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM; 36 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a nursing team.
• Assess, monitor, and stabilize patients in emergent situations.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and staff.
• Support quality improvement and safety standards.
