Ideal candidates hold an Associate's in Nursing with RN licensure, BLS, and ICU experience. Epic and Cerner EMR familiarity is preferred; supervision and mentoring duties are included.

Qualifications

• ICU nursing experience required or strongly preferred.
• Active RN license and BLS certification.
• Clinical leadership abilities and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ICU patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed.
• Monitor and adjust care based on patient responses.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Document care in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff on the unit.
