Job summary

Methodist Health System in Grand Prairie, TX, is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN) for the 12X3 Night shift to provide highly professional nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process. You will supervise team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate has a Texas RN license, BSN preferred, BLS certification, and at least 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency.

• Registered Nurse (RN) renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.

Job Requirements:
