Job summary

Methodist Health System in Texas is seeking a Staff Nurse for the 12x3 night shift (7p–7a). You will provide high-level, evidence-based nursing care with a multidisciplinary team, focused on patient-centered outcomes and compassionate communication.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program, a Texas RN license, and BLS are required; BSN is preferred. You will mentor others, follow hospital policies, and contribute to improving the patient experience.

• Registered Nurse (RN) renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.
