TeamHealth has an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our established critical care team at HCA Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross, Georgia. This full-time ICU position offers a 7-on/7-off block schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance while practicing autonomously in an open ICU.

We are seeking NPs or PAs with prior ICU experience who are comfortable with a high degree of autonomy in managing critically ill patients.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA in Georgia.
• ICU/critical care experience required.
• Ability to practice independently in ICU.

Responsibilities

• Rounding, admissions, H&P, order entry, and discharges.
• ICU patient management with autonomous practice.
• Collaborate with tele-ICU and surgical teams as needed.
