Job summary

ICC Healthcare is seeking an acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the ICU team at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital in Palatka, Florida. The role requires acute care certification and ICU APP experience, with autonomous practice supported by MD telehealth.

Expect 12-hour days, 7a–7p shifts, and 15 shifts per month across a 10-bed ICU, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the HCA network.

Qualifications

• Acute care-certified NP or PA required.
• ICU APP experience required.
• Proficient with central/arterial lines, intubation, dialysis catheters, and ventilation management.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU care as part of the ICU team.
• Work 12-hour day shifts (7a–7p), 15 shifts per month.
• Operate autonomously with MD telehealth support.
• Contribute to 10-bed ICU operations and patient care.
