Job summary

ICC Healthcare (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an experienced acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our team at HCA Florida JFK Hospital in Atlantis, Florida.

The APP will work with an MD-APP team in two ICUs, providing critical care, including central and arterial line placement and ventilation management, with rotating nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experienced ICU APP providers highly desired with established procedural skill set.
• Only acute care certified NPs can be considered.
• Ability to work Full Time.
• Nights only 7p-7a.
• Flexible, block scheduling, rotating weekends and holidays.
• 12-hour shifts covering an 18-bed medical/surgical ICU and 18-bed CV & Neuro ICU.
• Staffing model: 1 MD & 1 APP (7 pm to 7 am).
• APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation.
