AtlantiCare seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) for Medical ICU on Mainland & City Campuses to deliver high-quality, cost-conscious care in collaboration with physicians and leadership. The role focuses on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment within established protocols to improve patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Masters of Nursing, NJ RN licensure, and APN certification with ACLS and BLS; ICU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in nursing from an accredited school.
• Current RN licensure in New Jersey and APRN certification.
• ACLS and BLS required; ICU/Heart failure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality ICU care.
• Diagnose and treat illnesses within joint protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement and education activities.
